Cruise travel insurance

Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice on travel insurance, I have recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer and am due a high anterior resection operation to remove the tumour in 4 weeks time, we have a cruise booked at the end of September which I am planning on going on, but obviously will need travel insurance has anyone any suggestions re companies who may cover me due to cancer

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I hope that your planned surgery and recovery go smoothly.
