I expect that the best person to answer this would be your surgeon, as s/he has all your medical details and knows exactly what they did in your operation. They will also know what the average healing times are for the procedure that you had done. Do you have a specialist breast care nurse. If so, she could find out from your surgeon, if you don't have another appointment coming up soon.

I had a lumpectomy first time around and a double mastectomy for the second bout a year later. I felt that I would have been fine to fly 4-6 weeks after my mastectomy, whereas it took much longer to feel comfortable after my lumpectomy. However we all heal at different rates, so do please ask your surgeon.
