Blood in urine

I have just been for a follow up after several cancer treatments on my bladder.  My urine sample showed blood in it but my examination was clear.  The doctor didn't make any comment about the blood but now I am concerned it could be related to something else (i.e. Kidneys).  Has anyone else had the same problem?

    Hi,

    My dad underwent bladder cancer treatment 10 years ago and subsequently had episodes of blood in his urine which resolved itself within a few hours. Depending on the cancer treatment you had, the bladder tissue can take a bit of a hit but definitely persevere with medical advice if it's hasn't resolved. If you notice any blood clots or pain get yourself to A&E! Until then, I would trust the doctors observation. Hope everything goes really well for you.
