Special needs school actually, so from ages 2-19. And thanks for the offer but I've actually got 11 teachers already in the family! Yh I know your right and in the grand scheme of things it won't matter, just hard not to feel like you've been left behind x
Wow a family of teachers! Special needs teaching must be very rewarding. Yes I know no matter what people say you'll feel like that - it must be difficult watching your friends do things you can't do just yet. Have your friends stuck by you? X
I did have one close mate Ignore me for a month after I got diagnosed and then started to be really patronising so we no longer talk, but everyone else has been amazing. Have u got a gd support network? Cus it honestly makes such a difference Xx
That's good. I've hardly told anyone yet as I don't know what the prognosis is but the friends I have told have been brilliant and tried to keep things relatively normal whilst being there for me. I have children and I dread telling them x
