Taxol chemotherapy

Hi I have been suffering from secondary breast cancer for past 4 years in the bones. I have been on various treatments that helped for a while but cancer has spread to adrenal glands and lymph nodes and my last hope is the weekly chemo intravenous treatment. I have been told this is a very gruelling treatment and am having doubts about going ahead with it. I would love to hear from anyone who has been through or is going through this treatment and any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks

I have secondary breast cancer mestaised to liver starting weekly treatment next week I have to give it a go not ready to leave my kids I was only diagnosed in July this year

I've just had my third treatment today. Side effects are very manageable compared to what you will have had already.
I haven't suffered any nausea at all, and have managed to continue to work all be it at a slower pace. My mouth has been sore on and off so good oral hygiene is important. A bit of joint pain which I've managed with ibuprofen. Of course everyone is different but taxol is mild compared to other treatments and the dose is lower as it's weekly.
