Is "no treatment" a "treatment"?

Hi all, feeling just a bit self-indulgent today as I think I had good news about my prostate cancer.  Although I've been taken off all ongoing treatment (apart from tamsulosin to help with bladder control) for the past 3 months, the PSA (steady at 0.5) and bloods seem stable in spite of the expected increase in testosterone.

It seems weird that "no treatment" is my current treatment, but perhaps that's a good sign?
