Letrozole vaginal itching

Been taking Letrozole for a couple of months now & this far it's been OK . I'm post menopausal so vaginal dryness is an issue anyway but now I have this intermittent itch , it feels like a sensitivity thing . Has any  one else experienced this ? Any suggestions

    I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with some additional problems since starting letrozole. It's not uncommon for women to experience dryness and itching. 

    Do speak to your GP or breast cancer nurse for some advice. They will be able to recommend or prescribe some appropriate hormone-free products to help with skincare.
