Diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma grade 2 45mm  ER8+ and PR7+ Herg neg lymnodes clear. Had mastectomy and reconstruction in June  . Oncotype dx 12   1% benifit  and predict 3%-5%. I'm post menopause. they said because they don't know if this Oncotype dx test was done with tumors  my size they did predict. Told no radiotherapy and said chemotherapy consideration .  Will have to take anastrozole  for 5 years  told I would get more benfit. Asked about chemotherapy  and  told no cancer  and that  it can cause more harm. When I spoke to consultant told will get more benifit with tablets then chemotherapy.  Would like to hear from anyone who has  had the same advice  or treatment.  My anxiety keeps me awake  at night. Just want to know if I'm given right advice. Told to go on bone tablets  as well. Do both tablets work. Told  anastrozole  will stop ER8 + and PR7+ and clear any cells left.  I have days that I can't function with anxiety. Has anyone with stage 2 Her2neg  and Er and pr+ just had anastrozole tablets and no chemo or radiotherapy. Spoken to breast care nurse she said that no-one in the MDT said I needed it  . But why say consideration  if not needed. 

Told I could have chemotherapy  if I wanted it. I thought that they should tell me if I need it ( someone  said that I would have been told that chemotherapy is necessary)  .  What dose anastrozole do.
