Early days & my main side effect is a grumbling aching stomach & loss of appetite . I've realised that I have to force myself to eat , even if it's just a banana & I do feel a bit better after I've eaten
I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with a side effect of recently starting letrozole. Some women do experience changes in their digestive system and hopefully, this will improve as your body adapts to the medication over the next few weeks.
It's good to hear that you're trying to make sure you do eat something. Little and often can certainly help. If things don't settle or if it becomes too much then have a chat with your GP who may be able to prescribe or suggest some medications to help you through this phase.
