Supraclavicular node biopsy

I have triple positive that is her 2 er and PR .posted before and got such great feedback and let me tell you ...  For once I realize it's perfectly fine to take care of myself sometimes haha.anyhow long year poor response to tchp had a lot of residual after surgery ....quite common with triple positive ...apparently but it's like I'm a puzzle once said kadcyla in the picture then did full body CT inlc brain and so on but said a node the supraclavicular a concern so had biopsy a few days later ...yesterday v sore but was glad oncologist cautious .trying to be positive pardon pun as nodes can be tricky that is they could be just benign or at 48  maybe a reaction to covid vaccine r infection.i just seem to be jumping hurdles since last year I was diagnosed stage three from the beginning I was foolish thought lockdown blues with a houseful of people including two kids for homeschool ..anyway pandemic r not I think I'm one of those people who can't accept they r sick r itl just be nothing ....I'm taking good advice here and looking after me for once even though I'm still busy with family etc .I suppose I just want to connect with someone like me who has had an odd journey I think I start radio soon again I'm awkward as docs had to retest to see if neck needed boost so at planning CT was plastered with stickers to be sure .I feel like I'm in limbo at min I get very tired at about 8 in evening but in good shape during day just feel I don't know where I'm heading ...a week to ten days before results.have to say hospital amazing I never had to wait r worry about treatment they worked so hard ......I'm a public patient even tho I've health insurance I still have to pay a certain amount but nothing in comparison to what I'm getting etc ...anyone el feel a bit in a void

I was so pleased to read your post and see that you're taking the time to look after yourself. I always say that self-care isn't selfish and I think that's even more true when you're going through a cancer diagnosis and treatment. It's obviously been a long difficult year for you. I'm glad to hear that the Oncologist is being cautious with this raised node and hopefully the biopsy results will bring some reassurance for you.

I know we've lots of members here on the forum who will have experienced some of the thoughts and feelings that you've described and I hope that some of them will post to share their experiences with you.

Keep in touch and let us know when you have your biopsy results. I'll keep everything crossed for good news.

    Best wishes,
