Hello JessieJ. I, too, am on Letrozol and found the leaflet that came with the box useful in describing possible side effects. Reading those things is  a bit scary, though! Don’t ever.be reluctant to tell your clinicians about anything. Everyone of us experiences things differently and your doctors and nurses will have heard it all before, so be in a good position to offer you help and support. I’m on a cocktail of drugs and have always found my team kind and supportive. My GP, too. Good luck.

Letrozole, is well known for causing joint pain. I experienced it during the first year I was taking it and asked my GP to prescribe a different brand. I have had ACCORD now for about two years without any pain. However, it has now come back, and only slightly responds to painkillers. A change of brand might give you some relief if the Letrozole is the culprit.  As you say though, your pain may be nothing at all to do with the Letrozole, so go and see your GP and discuss it.  The person who replied to you yesterday is spot on, don't be afraid to seek help. These people are professionals and have seen it all before. Joint pain doesn't have to be sinister and may very well be something easily put right. Wishing you well.
