Feeling Positive - one month on from radiotherapy

Had Radiotherapy last month an now feeling really well an

can eat anything also back to walking the dogs. Been to stay with my daughter for 5 days an we ate out every day an such lovely weather I came back feeling so well. I am aware it's not curable Srage 4 tumour spread but enjoying my life at the moment an this is what counts, feeling well enough to spend time with friends an family. Have CT scan on 11th June so should show shrinkage I hope. All keep well out there

    I'm so glad to hear that you're doing well after your radiotherapy. It's great to hear that you've been able to get away to see your daughter and that you've been enjoying life. As you've said - that's what counts! 

    I hope that your CT scan brings positive news. Keep in touch and let us know how you get on.

    Thank you am still staying strong but most upsetting thing at the moment is writing letters to my 3 daughters an best friends. Am doing one at a time as find my emotions get the better if me so having breaks. Apart from this I take each day as it comes. Have my birthday bash next Sat 19th an my daughters gave organised it an all my friends an family are coming. Just 3-6 in afternoon si not too overwhelming 

    Then off to seaside for 3 days on 25th as my friends clubbed together to take me away for a treat. We have got mobility scooters for me an my one friend as I don't want to get too tired walking so watch out Burnham on Sea lol
