Good or Bad News

Hi all,

Had a Radical Nephrectomey with Bladder Cuff 4 weeks ago and I am making a good recovery.

When I spoke to my Conultant on Monday he said he would see me in 6 months for a CT Scan.

I am not sure if this is good or bad news that I have to wait 6 months, does anyone have any advice?

I'm glad that your recovery is going well Happy.Sailor although I'm sorry about the worry your CT scan is causing.
From what I've read on our website, this sounds like it may be a regular follow up appointment but if you'd like to have a quick chat with one of our cancer nuses about this you can contact them on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.
