I was diagnosed with recurrent HER-2 Breast Cancer in Feb this year & it has gone into the Lymph Nodes above my collar bone in my neck..does this mean it is Stage 4 now?? I am puzzled???

They will need to do an MRI or CT scan to be able to tell you it's stage 4 usually.
I've had a CT Scan last week..consultant just said cancer seen in the Lymph Nodes in my neck & fluid on my right lung..I'm so confused now..
