It's a shame that due to covid you haven't been able see your haematologist. Given these new symptoms and the fact that you are feeling that something isn't right, it would be a good idea to ask perhaps to talk to your haematologist even if just on the phone to start with. So perhaps in the first instance you could try and speak to your GP and see whether you could talk to your specialist or get some advice on this as you haven't been feeling 100% recently.
