Hiya, I have finished with treatment, but I'm happy to chat with you. Radiotherapy I had 19 sessions with weekends off. It's not as bad as we imagine it is. I'm m sure others with pop in and comment

 May i ask how you cope with it and look at yourself again as the person i used to be. Friends dont seem to understand what im feeling and hardly talk to me since i was diagnosed with breast cancer September 3rd last year

Hey, I got the all clear last January, but I like to pop in and out and help if I can.

Firstly your friends weren't true friends.

In saying that you can only truly understand it if you've had cancer.

My friends still let me rattle on lol.

Mine never left my side, although it was virtually.

Honestly radio for me was fine.

It's taken a while, you can't be the same person you were. Your mind set changes.

Physically, I look at my scars as a battle I won. 

Corona put paid to living a normal life. For the min. Cancer makes you re-evaluate your life, it did me anyway. People matter not how much money or stuff you have.It makes you appreciate everything.

I fully intend when allowed, to life life to the fullest. 

I'm not going to lie, some days are low days but that's to be expected.

I think It lives with you forever. I think about it every day, I have been told it lessens.

Its never as bad as you think it is.

Radio doesn't hurt at all, it's longer to get set up actual radio is seconds.

My first time I though you would see a been coming from the machine lol. It doesn't at least I have the nurses a laugh. They talk you through everything. If you have questions just ask them
