Folks, just wanted to say hello. I have just undergone my second major surgery in two months, one kidney has been removed. Would love to connect and encourage others on this journey.
I only last week got a diagnosis of rectal cancer after a colonoscopy. I have to go for a CT scan on Monday to see whether it's spread. I'm also waiting for an appointment for a MRI scan then I think? the Macmillan nurse said there would be a meeting to discuss my prognosis. I don't know anymore it's just waiting around not knowing much at the moment.
