Sorry to hear that you are having terrible headaches. 

I had the same on my first chemo. I was tired for 5 days, no sick but very bad headaches for 3 weeks. I tried resting, water, painkillers; nothing worked. 

The only thing that worked was the yoga spiky mat. I have this mat for ages and used very rarely. I used it during my chemo to relax better, the headache was gone after a day. I lir down on the spiky mat for over 30 mins. 

I used it several times during my chemo. It has helped me. 

Please speak to ur CNS so they know if you decude to use it.
