Pregabalin is similar to gabapentin and it works well for me. I have Type One Diabetes and chemotherapy and Herceptin after the chemo. These cause neuropathy and I take 300gm of pregabalin and it really helps. I try to walk for 45mins every day to keep mobile because the more I sit around the more the neuropathy bothers me.
