I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with some side effects of Anastrozole. Pain and stiffness in joints is a known common side effect and we've lots of ladies here on the forum who will have been through similar. Hopefully, some of them will post to share their experiences with you and any coping strategies that they have found beneficial. 

I'd encourage you to speak to your breast care nurse or oncologist as well. It may be that they are able to suggest things to help or that they are able to offer you an alternative drug.
