Adrenal cancer, being treated..

Am at a hospital as a day patient, have really 3 cancers,( 3 ) in the brain, a lung cancer not seen yet and adrenal cancer.

was diagnosed 1.7 years ago and am seeing a lung specialist. He reckons the lung cancer is the primary but it's not visible. Have had some issues recently and wondered if anyone on this board had adrenal cancer could comment.

it's so rare having issues getting answers..

  • Hello Brightontrader,

Welcome to our forum. 3 cancers, poor you, that is a lot for you to have to deal with and I just wanted to welcome you to our forum and let you know that you are not alone here and hopefully you will meet others who have been affected by adrenal cancer.

I thought I would share with you this page on tumours of the adrenal gland which I hope will give you some useful information. If you use our forum 'search' function which is located on the blue banner at the top and type in the keywords 'adrenal cancer', you will be able to find several relevant threads on the subject from members who have in the past been diagnosed with adrenal cancer. Don't hesitate to respond to any you would like to engage with. I hope that you will get chatting here soon to others who find themselves in a similar situation to you or who have been diagnosed with this rare cancer.

Also, our nurses are only a free phone call away if you would like to have a chat with them and ask them anything about this cancer. You can call them on this free number 0808 800 4040 - their line is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

I hope everything goes well for you and that your hospital stay went well and you have more answers by now.

    Best wishes,

    Lucie, Cancer Chat Moderator
