I think it would be a good idea to mention these pains in your shoulder blade and the pins and needles in your left hand to your doctor just to check what might be causing these or if they might be for example a side effect from treatment you may have had in the past. Your doctor or your medical team will be in the best position to advise you further on this so it's definitely worth giving them a call if you haven't talked to them already. I hope that you will also meet others here who have had similar symptoms and that they will share their experience with you.
