The Cancer Treatment Record has an appointment and test results log, information on treatment types, space to record side effects and quite a few other features that can help you keep on top of things.

Hi, you should have a cancer book showing your treatment, the next appointment and pages to list any problems.  Ask them for it or ring them.  Carol

Sorry to here  you are going through this. I just used the diary on my phone to task it and added reminder starting week before and on the day of treatment, as well as my ither appointments.
