Welcome to our forum. I cannot answer your question, but suggest that you phone your breast care nurse to ask. I had a double mastectomy 10 years ago and was advised by my consultant to stop taking certain alternative medicines, as they can reduce the action of some cancer medication.

I asked my onco about taking supplements and fasting. He ok'd the supplements but was adamant I didn't fast. I take high doses of vitamin c and d, milk thistle. I also have turmeric and cinnamon daily in my diet. I only eat/ drink cancer fighting foods. Each one of us is different so ask your team.
