I've been on letrozole since May 2020 and over the last couple of weeks my joints have got really stiff, so my oncologist has told me to stop immediately and he will move me to tamoxifen after allowing the letrozole to leave my body for 4 weeks.
It's only been 3 days since stopping, but I have period pain type symptons, with pain and pressure on wanting to go for a poo and now I'm quite emotional as well.
Has anyone had similar symptoms
