Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with advanced stage 3 lung cancer, it's moved to my limthnods, Dr has offered treatment cytotoxic chemotherapy and immunotherapy and possibly radiotherapy, to help slow it down, as he said they can't cure it,

I'm only 49 fit and the doctor says he thinks if got a good chance to slow it do, but it's going to be hard, as I've had 2 TIAs mini strokes, and the therapy could cause a major stroke, 

my problem is I was in the hospital, at the out patients department with my father, who has a heart condition, and with the out break of coronavirus reported in the hospital, I'm scared for my father, as he insists on giving me a lift, he is the only one I have to help, I'm going to tell him he can't do it anymore, as I don't want to put him at risk,

My only other option is public transport ie bus as taxis far to expensive, was wondering if anyone knows anyway round this as I've been told chemotherapy might floor me, and I'm not sure if I can use buses, back and forward to hospital appointments,
