Hi all hope your ok 

I had a 2.1 mm mole on my neck an had SLNB and wle the results came back as wle was clear and SLNB had a tiny amount of melanoma found in the sentinel lymph node it was the size of a full stop. The nurse said if it would of been in a node in my armpit or groin they wouldn't be doing anything further other than regular ultra sound scans on my other nodes but as it's in my neck they are going to take more lmpyh nodes out as there are more nodes in the neck .. feeling worried and shaky again just after getting my calm an accepting everything it's just hit me like a ton of bricks.. 

She said I could potentially have immunotherapy if I wanted to as it's present in one node even tho it's a small amount but they will wait until after the op to see if anymore nodes are affected first. 

Has anyone been through the same thing with regards to the staging an op?
