Breast pain after Lumpectomy

I had a lumpectomy and sentinel node removal 3 weeks ago

Initially there was much bruising and lots of colours to observe - paracetamol was needed for the first week

Everything healed well - however this last few days my breast feels hot to touch and there is some browned area developed

the scar has healed well

Is this normal?

I am back on the oaracetamol

I'm sorry to hear that you've started to have some concerns following your recent lumpectomy.
It's not uncommon to have aches and pains for quite some time after surgery but as you've mentioned the area feels hot to the touch and has some discolouration it would be sensible to get things checked out to make sure you don't have an infection. If you're not able to get in touch with the breast clinic over the weekend and you're concerned then do contact your out of hours GP service.
