Hi

I was diagnosed with stage 4 oesophageal cancer in October 2018, and have had several rounds of chemo, I'm now on chemo and targeted therapy. I've been doing pretty well until the last couple of days. Basically the pain in the middle of my upper back is intense, I wondered if anyone else had experienced that and if so what can they suggest to help, I've done ice packs, hot baths and  over the counter pain killers but nothing is touching the sides
