Lumpectomy

I am due to have a lumpectomy next week and I would like to get an idea of how different my breast will look after surgery

Are there any good images anywhere  to get an idea 

I know this is not the main concern in all this situation but like to have an idea of what to expect - removing approx 2cm cancer

    I just wanted to wish you the best of luck for next week and I hope that you will hear from others who have had this surgery before and that they will share their experience with you.     Hi

    i had wire guided surgery and my surgeon went in through the nipple so no scarring as it's aligned with nipple outline, the loacation was right bottom of the right breast.  No scar but a small indentation.  My surgeon did excellent job and pushed things around once cancer removed to get as close as possible back to my normal shape.

     

    Will be thinking of you and do come back and let us know how you get on.
