Hi im really a bit fed up . I had first EC chemotherapy last week. But was told id need a pic line put in. I had this done wed just gone, so its been five days and i waa told it wouldn't hurt. But it is,its a constant painful heavy feeling like a needle pricking me. Ive also still got a seroma  which yesterdsy started to get red and hot to tthe touch. Today it was worse the redness had spread and it was painful, so i called my chemotherapy out of hrs nurse  and was told to take the antibiotics that i was given,incase i did get an infectiin. I mentioned my pic line  was also causing me pain still and was told yes it csn sometimes be traumatic.  So im feeling fed up with both my left arm and right under arm being so uncomfortable.  Im dreading anyone even touching my pic line  as it's so painful. Chemotherapy nirse is calling me tomorrow morning,i am worried it may put back my chemotherapy this friday, i did ask if that might happen but was told its to early to make that decision yet. Nothing is ever straight forward for me ,and im feeling a bit down with it all. Anyone else had these kinda setbacks.
