I had radiotherapy 3.5 months after the op to remove the tumour. I was told it didn't make a lot of difference but it did worry me at the time. I have since met a woman who went nearly 7 months and has now started radiotherapy. I am not sure why hers was held up though but I don't think it was about the time required to heal.
Try not to get too bogged down with the time aspect. Many people are likely in a similar position during this COVID period.
The main thing is you are booked in for the required amount of sessions. Look after yourself whilst you are in treatment. Tiredness is accumulative, I did get extra tired over the last few days but it for me it wasn't awful. Apart from that I didn't have any side affects.
