hi,just been diagnosed with lung nodules cancer,I was told it was not lung cancer by my consultant,has any one had this and did chemotherapy help ! Any info regarding this would help.
My partner had multiple nodules but turned out to be adenalcarceoma.. He did work in the mines 30 years ago for 14 years but no one seems to be able to let us know if it was silicosis, and if that let to the cancer. Chemo can help in some circumstances. Good luck
Hi,thanks for your reply,I had a ct scan only 7 months ago,and it was ok,but had a another 4 weeks ago,and was told there was now cancer in the nodules,I am starting chemotherapy this Wednesday to shrink them,hopefully they have caught them quite early,and there is hope for the future,I had cancer of the oesophageal last year,had operation,which has been successful and I got the all clear,last November so it was a shock it had come back in the nodules.
