interesting if you get any replies. I had my heart MRI before my chemo started, second chemo is on Friday. My MRI showed 53% and to have Herceptin it needs to be 55%. I've got to see a cardiologist and possibly start some medication.

I had heart medication to protect against Herceptin damage, it worked for me - I was able to  complete the entire course of 18 treatments. I did have a few MUGA scans to keep an eye on heart function whilst going through the treatment .

I  honestly can't remember- the treatment was from 2016 into 2017 and my memory is terrible!  Only recall it being a pill with no side effects. If I come across what it was I'll let you know.
