I'm sorry to read that this is causing you difficulties. To be honest I'm not sure on any specific ways to manage this, other than to suggest general movement/light exercise could be helpful if this is possible. There may be more specific exercises that could be helpful. To get advice though I would suggest speaking to your doctor if it's causing ongoing problems.

If anyone here has experience or advice to share, then hopefully they'll be along soon.
