I went for an ultrasound of my liver today, after a third set of blood test results showed increasingly elevated liver enzymes. I don't feel ill although I'm now hyper-aware of every little niggly ache and pain. Terrified that this might be BC spread to my liver. Would I know? Wouldn't I notice symptoms?

Quick history - I had BC in 2007, treated with everything. Local recurrence in 2013, again treated with everything they could throw at me. Breast clinic finally discharged me last year, although oncologist still sees me annually, and I still take an oestrogen blocking medication.
