Hello, 

I am using the cold cap with an eighteen week stint on low dose Paxlitaxel. I have just had session three and am noticing some shedding if I put my fingers in my hair. I wash it only once a week and could cope if I only kept fifty per cent of my hair (then I could cut it into a short style or wear the thinning strands up).

 Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to give up on the cold cap if there's any chance. I noticed Victoria Derbyshire kept about forty percent of her hair as featured in her BBC blog, but chose to wear a wig for her TV work. I thought the hair she was left with was nice, although very visably thinned - would do me.
