I  hope that you will meet others here who have switched from taking Letrozole in the morning to the evening and that they will be along shortly to share experiences with you. Do check with your specialist too if it is ok for you to take it in the evening rather than the morning. I hope this will alleviate the side effects you have been experiencing and that you won't feel as dizzy.
