                   keep a note of what you eat and the after effect,we are all different,and dependant on the type and amount of surgery on the bowel. After a five year battle to get back to somewhere near normal,my bowel was constantly changing, and the list of what not too eat has shrunk over that time,but Dairylea cheese spread is still a big no no,cheese is fine but not that.
