I had a TURP in Feb 2020 as a biopsy after a MRI scan suggested a T3a prostate cancer. Incontinence started a couple of weeks after TURP and is getting worse by the day. I am now 3 monts post Turp. I was prescribed 28 days BICALUTAMIDE and started on Zolodex monthly implants on day12 of the BICALUTAMIDE course. Just after starting on the Zolodex I started leaking urine (stress incontinence), and it has been getting worse every day since. wearing nappies/pads day & night.

Anyone else experienced stress incontinence with Zolodex? Does it resolve by itself?

Any advise/guidance will be hugely appreciated.
