Pain in penis

I was treated for prostate cancer in 2016 with radiotherapy and had 2 reasonably good years before I started to have pain in my penis, since then I have been diagnosed with bladder cancer, regrettably too late to operate but would like to hear from anyone who suffers penis pain as I am being told this is a result of the radiotherapy three years ago( as is the bladder cancer) but no one can help with reducing the pain level. I am now on morphine tablets and amatryptylene but nothing brings any relief. Does anyone have a magic cure or something to reduce the pain? Many thanks

  • I'm sorry about your second cancer diagnosis and the current pain you're contending with at the moment Wilhil. It sounds very difficult to live with.

Hopefully some of our members who have had this will share their advice and experiences with you soon but if you'd like to discuss this with one of our cancer nurses then do give them a call. They're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.
