Day 8 of my 3rd cycle of FEC chemo. Still have sore throat and dry mouth and horrible white spot mouth ulcers. Have stopped taken anti nausea tablets and just took a paracetamol last night. My temperature is normal so that's a good sign. Appetite still suppressed, certain foods still taste weird. I so hate this chemo, feeling so unwell for days at a time, but keep telling myself it's for the greater good. Trying to stay positive, but lots of dark thoughts about chemo not working, cancer returning and all the stuff us cancer patients worry about. Although I have had mastectomy and axillary node clearance, I have 2 enlarged lymph nodes on my chest wall that have not been tested for cancer as they are behind bone. These are the ones Im concerned about that they have spread near my lungs. Also I have titanium clip in my left breast which may be the start of more cancer cells although tested benign. Will the chemo zap those, or the radiotherapy afterwards. Only a doctor can explain and it's not easy to talk to one, especially with the Virus, I will have to wait until my next Oncologist discussion. 
Its a selfish thing cancer as it's all about you, but trying to support my partner and friends who are all going through tough times at the moment.
