Hi,
Poor you, the nausea is awful, I had 5 days of it on my 1st chemo and on and off on my 2nd. Anything with ginger helps and try eating a little and often . I also got some anti sickness pressure point wrist bands from the chemist. I have my 3rd chemo on Monday and will be asking my doctor for plenty of anti sickness tablets.
Sure it wil pass soon

I have the sickness wristbands and i am trying to eat little and often the problem is finding things i can stomach as it feels like morning sickness ive gone off alot of things even smells are turning my stomach. My daughter made we a lovely fresh fruit salad tonight which i actually asked for more of, so fingers crossed ive found something i can nibble on to curb the nausea when i cant face other foods.Hope you can find something to help you too.
That's good, I had a whole mango for supper one night, refreshing. I think just eat whatever you fancy when you can. My taste buds are still weird, I've gone off milk in tea Chemo is not fun but just got to get through it to get well and you might find that the nausea is hopefully not so bad in your next cycle.

Drinking hot/warm water can help.

Hi jojo31
Have you found the wristbands to work. Really struggling with nausea but reluctant to take the additional antisickess that I can take because they make me constipated. Trying to find alternatives that actually help.
Hope you're keeping well
