Hi. I have stage 4 breast cancer. Diagnosed in 2005. I'm very anaemic and have other underlying health issues. I caught Covid 19 in late March and tested positive on April 1st. 
First 8 days it was a fever and diarrhea then on 9th day felt horrible and high fever so taken to A&E where I was given multiple bags of iv antibiotics and a blood transfusion. Then sent home with more antibiotics as I had fluid in my right lung. I'm having weekly taxol so had to stop it for a few weeks. 
I was lucky that I didn't have more than a moderate case but I would say if you do catch it get medical advise urgently.
