Hello Lace... I hope you're not in so much pain as before and that draining the fluid has helped somewhat.  The worst part is waiting for the staging... but hopefully that will be soon and the doctors can plan your treatment.  Do let us know how you go on.. thinking of you.  Best Diane

I noticed that you'd not had a reply to this post and was wondering how you were feeling over the last few days. I hope that things have eased for you. 

We know that waiting for results can be a really difficult time. Did the hospital give you an indication of how long it may take to hear about your appointment?

Good luck to you, and please try and stay positive, whatever the results of your biopsy! 20 months ago, my wife was diagnosed with aggressive stage 4 OC, had 10 litres of ascitic fluid drained from her abdomen at that time, and ever since then has had a district nurse come out to drain her lungs twice a week. My wife's still around, bossing me about. I think she'll still be around in another 20 months, bossing me about, too. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
