I've had a mastectomy five years ago. My cancer was early stage and aggressive so I'm on Exemestane. My shoulder joints are siezing up and are very painful. Does anyone else have this problem?
Lots of ladies on here who have been on Aromatase inhibitors have problems with joints, I certainly did while on tamoxifen, aged about 20 years in terms of joints but have found relief when I switched to anastrozole. How much longer have you to take them?
My oncologist put me on to Anstrozole as apparently has the least side effects but there are lots of on here on Letrozole. If you go to 'search forum' and enter letrozole it will come up with all posts discussing it.
