I'm sorry to hear that your recent scans have shown that the treatment to date hasn't been successful. 

The choice of chemo you're given will depend on a number of things but it's normal after high dose chemo to have a stem cell transplant. We've some information on our website here which you might find helpful. You might find this webpage helpful if you have any questions once you know what drugs/combination you're having.
