Take a look at the Macmillan site for more info, I found it really useful. They were very gentle with me as I found the insertion of the tube into the vagina uncomfortable. Then you have to stay still for the duration, think it was 10-20 minutes, can't really remember, feels like forever. Take podcasts or music to get lost in. I found it tiring, but probably more to do with emotion and horror of whole cancer treatment, and I found myself getting weepy about the whole indignity of it all, so don't beat yourself up if that happens too. You've already done chemo so this should be a walk in the park

Thanks for the info. regarding Macmillan site I will take a look. 

I am not expecting the experience to be pleasant and hope I will not be sore after the treatment, have heard some people find it tiring. Again like Chemo it depends on the individual, I will just have to think of the bigger picture and get through it.
