To be continued......

Gosh, I feel so tired all the time. I was a person who was out of the house by 6.30am and now struggling to get up at 9am! Maybe I'm just being lazy.  I suppose the after effects of masectomy surgery and the mental issues of the worry of cancer have taken its toll. I'm waiting to start chemo very soon

No doubt that will wipe me out. Following all the advice on nutritional food, good multi vitamins and walking the dog exercise. I am looking to the future when I have my energy back after all the treatment. I'm still keeping my work going which is motivational.
Keep plodding on.....

  • I'm sorry you're feeling a bit worn out at the moment Silver but it's completely understandable given everything you've gone through so far.

It's good you've been following all the advice you've been given and maintaining a good active lifestyle as well. I'm sure the dogs are pleased with all the exercise they're getting ;) and I have no doubt that everything you're doing will put you in good stead for when you start your chemo.

    All the best,
