Has anyone had a spreading red area around their masectomy scar? Its not a bumpy rash just flat and very red. I am 6 weeks after surgery and am now on my second lot of antibiotics and it's not clearing. Worried. Silver
I hope that you will hear from others on the forum who have experienced a similar red area around their scar after their mastectomy. It is a shame that it isn't clearing despite being on your second lot of antibiotics. This is something you might want to bring up with your doctor or your medical team who will be best placed to advise you further on this.
